Since our first day of operation, one goal has never changed — to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable online gaming experience to every player in Malaysia. This is our story, our values, and the reason hundreds of thousands of players trust jom888 as their gaming home.
Jom888 is an online gaming platform built specifically for the Malaysian market. We understand the needs, preferences, and lifestyle of local players — which is why every aspect of our platform, from game selection to payment methods, is designed with Malaysian players in mind.
The name "jom888" itself reflects our spirit — "Jom" is a warm, distinctly Malaysian invitation to join in together, while "888" represents the luck and fortune we hope to share with every one of our members. This is more than just a name — it is our identity.
The team behind jom888 comprises individuals with extensive experience in online gaming, information technology, and customer service. They work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our platform runs smoothly, securely, and enjoyably for every user — whether a first-time registrant or a veteran player who has been with us for years.
A group of passionate individuals saw the lack of an online gaming platform that truly met the needs of Malaysian players — so they decided to build the solution themselves.
Jom888 has established official partnerships with internationally recognised game software providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Habanero, and has built a robust technical infrastructure.
The jom888 platform was officially launched for Malaysian users with a Bahasa Melayu interface, local payment support, and customer service in the native language.
With a growing base of trust, jom888 continues to expand its game library, add payment methods, and enhance the VIP rewards program for loyal members.
Today, jom888 is among the most active online gaming platforms in Malaysia, with over 500 game titles and a player community that grows every day.

At jom888, we believe player trust is the most valuable asset we hold. Every business decision, every platform update, and every policy we implement is always grounded in the core values that have been the foundation of our organisation since day one.

When you browse an online gaming platform built without understanding the local market, you feel it instantly — an unfamiliar interface, clunky payment methods, slow customer support that misses local context, and promotions that have nothing to do with everyday life in Malaysia.
Jom888 exists to change all of that. Every design and business decision we make starts with one question: does this work for Malaysian players? From game selection that considers the interests of Southeast Asian players, to payment integration covering all major Malaysian e-wallets — everything stems from a deep understanding of who our users truly are.
The entire jom888 platform is available in natural Bahasa Melayu — not awkward machine translation, but content written by people who understand how Malaysians communicate and interact. Our customer support also operates in Bahasa Melayu, ensuring you never feel lost or struggle to get the help you need.
Jom888 supports all the most widely used payment methods in Malaysia — FPX for direct bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow. A minimum deposit as low as RM 5 keeps the platform accessible to players of all budgets. Withdrawals are processed quickly, typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
While jom888 offers popular titles from around the world, our collection also highlights Asia-themed games that are hugely popular among Malaysian players — such as Mahjong Ways, Lucky Neko, Caishen Wins, and many more from providers like PG Soft, renowned for their Asia-inspired themes rich in local culture and symbolism.
More than just a platform, jom888 is a community. jom888 players share wins, exchange strategies, and compete together. Our VIP program recognises player loyalty with increasingly exclusive rewards at every tier — from new members all the way to VIP Diamond level, where members enjoy personalised service and offers not available to the general public.
