1 Definitions & Interpretation

2 Acceptance of Terms

Members must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. Required information includes:

• An active email address owned by the member
• A mobile phone number registered in your own name
• Exact date of birth
• A strong and unique password

4 Member Account

4.1 Security Responsibilities

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. jom888 recommends that members use a strong password and never share account information with any other party.

4.2 Account Activity

All activity conducted through your account — including betting, deposits, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the jom888 support team immediately via Live Chat.

4.3 KYC Verification

Jom888 conducts a KYC process to verify member identity prior to the first withdrawal or when otherwise required. Documents that may be requested include:

5.2 Currency

6 Cash Withdrawal

Jom888 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and transparently. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes once all requirements are met.

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• The account must have passed a successful KYC verification.

8 Game Rules

10 Account Closure

10.1 Closure by Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the jom888 support team. Prior to closure, all withdrawal requirements must be fulfilled and any active balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

10.2 Closure by JOM888

Jom888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Failed identity verification or invalid documents
• Activities that are suspicious or potentially in breach of the law
• Instructions from relevant authorities
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts showing no activity (login, deposit or wagering) for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. jom888 reserves the right to impose a monthly administrative fee of RM 5 on inactive account balances after a written notice has been sent to the member's registered email.

11 Liability Limit

Jom888 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from:

• Internet or network service disruptions beyond jom888's control
• Unauthorised use of an account due to a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform
• Game results determined by a certified RNG system
• Changes to payment methods or policies of third-party financial institutions

12 Terms Amendment

Jom888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless otherwise stated.

Members will be notified of material amendments via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

It is the member's responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version in effect. If you disagree with any amendments, you are required to cease using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.
